How do I return an item?

Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, must be reported to us within 48 hours of package receipt via email or phone. Returns are only accepted with preauthorization by phone. We are not responsible for parts ordered incorrectly. If the make model and year of your bike is not listed in the item description do not purchase the item. If an incorrect order is made you will be responsible for shipping and handling of the item both ways. All returns will be resolved by the form of store credit. If a refund is requested for any reason a 20% restocking fee applies regardless of situation. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval prior to credit being issued. Non-approved merchandise will be returned to the customer at their expense. Items incorrectly shipped will not be returned to the customer. Products only qualify for new return, if they have not been installed, are in their original packaging, unopened, including all original materials supplied with the product. Once an item is installed returns will not be accepted. Items returned for defects will be credited for the full purchase price and any applicable taxes and shipping both ways upon receiving, inspection and confirmation of a defect.
