Don't Be Fooled By These Bolts Sold By Other Sellers Made of Aluminum. There is Good reason why these are made of steel on your stock bike! Aluminum which is a much softer material and will wear and possibly brake which could mean a very bad situation! We are talking about your brake and clutch levers here! I've seen them that are 100% aluminum which is just down right scary! And others that are aluminum with a steel thread insert on the bottom but not in the meat of the bolt where your levers actually put pressure and rub back and forth? The entire shaft And threads on ours are made of Stainless Steel!
